Who are we looking for?
We are looking for smart individuals with substantial background in software engineering, both theoretical and practical. Ideally, you should have:- MSCS or equivalent
- At least 5 years of industry experience
- Working knowledge of one or several languages - Java, Scala, Go, etc., and major tools
- Working knowledge of scalable software systems - design, performance, backend optimization
And, at least as important, you need to be a team player and have good communication skills. Most of our employees have at least some interaction with our customers and often you will be the representative of the company.
