We have been in consulting business for over 19 years and never had any complains. We do our best to place you according to your skills and preferences. We do keep our consultants happy (ask us for references!)

We guarantee that we will be honest and straightforward with you. All our employees are consultants or were consultants in the past. We know what it means to work as a consultant, and what challenges exists. We want you to be happy with your contract and we will do everything we can to help you.

Placement Process

Typically when we start working with a new consultant we will:
  • Review your experience and determine your level of expertise.
  • Work with you to update your resume.
  • Describe the position that we would like to recommend to you and determine your interest.
  • Negotiate with the client on your behalf.

Formalities

Once you pass the interview and there is a verbal agreement with the client we would need to start the paperwork. It is not complicated, especially if you follow the relevant check list (see below).

An important note - every contractor or employee needs to pass background check, regardless of the type of engagement. The check is performed by a reputable company and usually takes 3-4 days to complete. We will send you a link to an online form where you would need to provide your SSN and previous addresses. This information will be kept strictly confidential.

Corp-to-Corp

If you prefer to work with us as a subcontractor of another company Parasol Solutions, Inc. would need to sign a contract with that company. Please work with the authorized officers of the subcontracting company to provide the list of required documents.

Independent Contractor (aka "1099")

Please get the following documents ready in order to expedite the process. You will get Form 1099-MISC in January. You are solely responsible for payment of all applicable taxes.
