Required Documents for Corp-to-Corp Contracts
When signing up a contact with Parasol Solutions, Inc. please get the following documents ready:
- Copy of Articles of Incorporation
- Form W-9 (Taxpayer Identification Number)

Certificates of Insurance.
- General Liability, at least $1,000,000 per occurrence. Parasol Solutions, Inc. should be named as an additional insured.
- Errors and omissions insurance, at least 1,000,000 per occurrence. Parasol Solutions, Inc. should be named as an additional insured.
- Workers Compensation Insurance per the requirement of the state where the work is to be performed.
Notice, that the subcontractor would need to pass the background check.
